Dang it! It happened again. My munchies forced me to go to Halifax downtown Copenhagen on Larsbjørnsstræde. I could do nothing but agree with that decision. Oh well, I guess since they have a lunch offer it wasn't the end of me just yet - however, I might have to eat pasta for the rest of the week to be able to afford my rent. Nah, It's really not that bad when you think about the extraordinary deliciousness mixed with the cosy atmosphere of the meal.
The top picture is of the "København" burger w/ bacon (of course!) which was the one I had and the bottom one is the "Nakskov" bøfsandwich. I heard rumors that Nakskov was the best burger of its kind ever tasted.
Did I mention that everything on the plate is homemade? Even the glass that the dressing is in is made by the glassblowers that they have hired in the kitchen.
Fyi, Halifax also has a store by Solbjerg Plads - my regular place, and on Frederiksborggade.
