How Many Years Do Danes Spend Being Hungover?

According to this article "Pass the painkillers: The average Brit Spends More Than Five YEARS Of Their Life With A Hangover" from the Daily Mail, Brits spend on average 5 years being hungover. The article states that the average Brit gets drunk at least once a week and are hungover 60 days per year from age 21 - 38. Then the frequency naturally declines.

Pretty interesting stuff - I never thought about this. However, now I start thinking. My friends and I go out 2 times per week. Sometimes 3. This one crazy Swede that I know went out 5 times (Holy Carp!) in a row a couple of weeks back. If the Brits spend 5 years being hungover, then us Danes (and this freakin awesome Swede whose name shall remain a surprise) must spend at least 8 or 9! If we go out twice as many times during the 17 years from 21 to 38 then we must also be hungover twice as many times. It's at least 8 or 9 years dude! When you die you've spent a tenth of your life feeling like sh*t! The sad part is that I'm actually kind of proud of it.

Let's not stop here!

What do we eat when we are hungover? We eat junk food, chips or something like that, right? We then eat junk food 2 times a week - and don't forget the pizza slice or cheeseburgers when you are actually out drinking, so let's say 3 times per week just to round off. We eat 3 meals a day. 3*7 = 21. 3/21 = 1/7! One seventh of ALL of our our meals are junk food. This means that at least once a week you eat a Big Mac meal for breakfast, probably something a little healthy for lunch like a Chicken, Bacon & Ranch footlong sub, and a Whopper Meal for Dinner. And you do this  884 times (17*52) in your primetime. Coolio.

Well, I'll see you Thursday, Friday and Saturday! Let's get wasted!

SKÅL!
